Applying to Tribunal - hints and tips please

Hi,  been through the mandatory appeal, now moving on to Tribunal.  So I can see people posting they have succeeded at tribunal, so I'm hoping there are people out there who can give lots of hints and tips on completing the mandatory appeal form. Thanks in advance.  (My DIL has chronic Fatigue syndrome, but is not currently with a specialist team!)
