I've applied for a passport for my son but they now want an interview. Can I use his PIP letter to ask for an exemption to the interview? Getting a letter from his neurodisability consultant could take weeks

    This is likely to confirm his identity and they may not accept a PIP award as an exemption to attend the interview.
