I crashed my motability car on way back from GP appointment due to low blood pressure I've been told not to drive can I cancel my agreement0

I'm sorry I can't say for sure whether they'll allow you to cancel the agreement. It says on their webpage How do I cancel my lease or give my car back early:
"You cannot end your lease early unless you have a valid reason.Motability Scheme lease agreements usually last for three to five years.
If you have a valid reason to end your agreement early
Call our customer services team on 0300 456 4566 to talk to us about it.
We’ll ask for more details from you, then we’ll review your request and get back to you."
