I have just logged on to my universal credit and on my to do list it said I'm to provide a new sick note. However a few months back I was awarded LCWRA and transitional protection. There Is nothing in my journal about an assessment or anything like this?
Whats peoples experience with this. Could this just be an error ?

Yes, it will be an error and nothing to worry about. My daughter was found to have LCWRA in July 2021 and in Dec 2021 on her journal it asked to provide a fit note, it's still there. When found to have LCWRA no further fit notes are needed.1

Hello @steve1571. As Poppy said, it shouldn't be anything to worry about. Since it is a new "To do" it might be worth mentioning on your journal that as you have LCWRA you no longer need to provide Fit Notes, as your case manager should be able to clear the request for you.0

Update
Received a the following response
don't see this to-do in (name) to-do list.(Name) is not required to provide us with the fit notes as he is found to have Limited capability for work and work related activities.
No idea what happened.
But thanks to everyone who helped.1 -
I'm glad they've been able to reassure you @steve15710
