Can pip argue a tribunal decision as I won my tribunal after 90 weeks and there telling me it hasn’t been processed yet I won on the 11/03/2024

As I advised on your other thread it can take up to 8 weeks to put your award into payment and pay what is owed.
They have as much chance as we do to appeal the decision. Before they can do this they have to request the statement of reasons and record of Proceedings from the Tribunal within 1 month of the decision. Once they receive those they need to find the error in law before they can proceed any further.
They sometimes request them but rarely appeal it. If they request them it doesn’t mean they will appeal it.1
