I am confused.  Back in October 2021, I was assessed as having 16% disablement for 3 months and the DWP said that is the final assessment.  If there is a change of circumstance in the future, will I be able to still be entitled to that 16% going forward.
Never allow DWP assertions to define you. They never have evidence of your true circumstances.

We have very few threads related to IIDB and I have no experience or knowledge. For those reasons I'd advise you to get some expert advice.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
