got high rate, do I get backpaid difference?

I have just received an upgrade to high rate care but backdated to February  2023 do I get the difference paid back

    Congratulations on the upgrade.  Can I just ask which benefit this was for?  If it's backdated, yes the difference will be paid to you.

    If it’s from 2023 then you will be owed the difference between your new award and previous award.
