Can anyone please tell me what options it is to get your decision through the automated line please. I read it was option 6...but there is no option 6.
Any help would be much appreciated.

    There’s no option to get a decision through any automated line. There used to be an automated payment line under option 6 where it would tell you what your next payment would be. 

    This option has been removed, it now tells you what your next payment will be as you go through various options in the queue before you speak to an advisor. 

    However, if it does tell you, it has been known to give incorrect information so please do not rely on that. 
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
