LCW/LCWRA

I’ve had my assessment and received my report which shows the assessor put me to have
“ Activity 13: Coping with social engagement,

Engagement in social contact is always precluded due to difficulty relating to others or significant distress experienced by the individual.”

With evidence to prove this but I was awarded LCW. shouldn’t I have been awarded LCWRA ?

It's also one of the LCW descriptors for activity 16 limited-capability-for-work

The assessment report is a recommendation only. Whilst they mostly go with it, it has been known for them to go against it.

You can challenge any decision made by DWP. If you think you should have been found to have LCWRA then yes request it.

Can I just ask, are you sure the recommendation was Limited Capability for work Related activity and not just Limited Capability for Work?
