I’ve had my assessment and received my report which shows the assessor put me to have
“ Activity 13: Coping with social engagement,
“ Activity 13: Coping with social engagement,
Engagement in social contact is always precluded due to difficulty relating to others or significant distress experienced by the individual.”
With evidence to prove this but I was awarded LCW. shouldn’t I have been awarded LCWRA ?

It's also one of the LCW descriptors for activity 16 limited-capability-for-work
The assessment report is a recommendation only. Whilst they mostly go with it, it has been known for them to go against it.0 -

You can challenge any decision made by DWP. If you think you should have been found to have LCWRA then yes request it.
Can I just ask, are you sure the recommendation was Limited Capability for work Related activity and not just Limited Capability for Work?0
