Hello I'm new here and want to ask a question about pip.
I received a txt telling me I have been awarded pip and to wait 2 weeks for a letter. So I have waited 2 weeks but no letter has arrived also there has been no payment made should I contact them thank you

Yes, you will need to ring them. If you are transferring from DLA then there will be no money owed, even if your PIP award is higher than the DLA award. The number to ring is..and the best time ring is as soon as they open.

Hello yes thank you it seen that my letter has been lost in the post but they are sending a copy of this out to me and have given me details of dates payments etc so I am happy I made a call to them thank you0
