Missing payment

in Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
My esa hasn’t been put in today. I waited 50 mins to ask them and was told it would be in today it’s a glitch but still don’t have it. Will it be Monday do you think?

    Heya @Tizzi84 and welcome to the community. :)

    Sometimes there can be a bit of a delay in payments, so I'd try not to worry about it too much. Is it in now?  If not it will probably be Monday.  If it's not in, I'd get back to the DWP asap.

    Hi no it’s still not in? I’ll have to phone Monday and check. Good job it’s not urgent isn’t it

    I just got off the phone because my expected payment on Monday didn't come in. The phone worker explained that "the payment system broke" while they were putting through the annual increase. She did a manual payment which will be in my account today.

     I'm surprised this site hasn't been inundated with queries about missing payments.

    No so was I! I did receive mine Monday in the end
