Hello everyone
i have both psoriasis arthritis and fibromyalgia, I have always worked full time but am finding my pain and fibro fog is getting worse. I tried claiming PIP and was fused I am 57 and fell I need to stop working as am making mistakes and can’t concentrate anymore, what help can I get? I still have a mortgage and bills to pay.

    Hi I’m the same I’ve got psoriasis and arthritis in hands and feet and hip also pernicious anaemia I’ve just been refused I’m awaiting a tribunal

    Sorry to hear about your ill health, have you looked at a benefits calculator to see what you could claim?  Also just because you were denied PIP, it doesn't stop you from reapplying as they often turn people down at the start due to the forms not being filled in exactly as they want. How long ago did you try claiming for PIP?  You may still be able to put in for a mandatory reconsideration
