Bedroom Tax My son move back home.......

Hiya looking for some advice please
I live in a two-bedroom property , Housing Association Social Housing, my son moved back home in Feb, my son is also claiming UC he is unemployed. I am on a PIP low rate and I was recently awarded LCWRA. Will I still need to pay the Bedroom Tax now my son has moved back home ????.

No, because your home is now not under occupied.
Did you inform UC of the change in February?
