Hi there
Im I’m UC and PIP I asked a while ago if COL payments were disregarded indefinitely for capital purposes .
Does this include the cost of living payments in 2022 when there were 2 payments or is is just for years 2023 to 2924 ? And can you confirm if there was a £150 disability payment in 2033

All COL payments are disregarded indefinitely. From the Govt's website, with UC in 2022 (unless your UC was reduced to £0 for the qualifying assessment period) :

You were eligible for the first Cost of Living Payment of £326 if you were entitled to a payment (or later found to be entitled to a payment) of Universal Credit for an assessment period that ended in the period 26 April 2022 to 25 May 2022.

You were eligible for the second Cost of Living Payment of £324 if you were entitled to a payment (or later found to be entitled to a payment) of Universal Credit for an assessment period that ended in the period 26 August 2022 to 25 September 2022.

With PIP (the Disability COL payment), this was indeed £150 in 2022
