I sent my esa review form  back in January with load of evidence.  They received it as sent it special delivery.  Haven't heard anything yet.

Sounds normal to me. Sometimes it can take at least 6 months before you hear anything.

Just read sunak wants to fast track esa to UC . I'm still waiting to hear back from my review,  so unsure what category I will be in as my health has got worse and I have been diagnosed with autism since .
I am so worried about these changes and forcing people back to work. I used to work as a cleaner part time until a year ago but had to give it up due to ill health.  I was doing permitted work.
I have joint hypermobility syndrome and copd . Copd due to cleaning job. I never smoke. I won't get better only worse, so this really worrying me, especially as pip may be stopped and only used as things like hand rails . My daughter who lives with me has pip for her autism and bpd, she works part time.

Nothing has been finalised yet and everything remains as it is. It may not even happen as there's a General Election sometime this year.

When we do migrate across to UC it won't be done automatically anyway. You'll receive a migration letter asking you to claim UC and you will need to do so within 3 months.
