LCWRA when is first payment due?

Hi.. could you please help me understand when my first payment is due..
First sick note = 8th December 2024.
Sick notes continuosly.
Assessment = 10th April 2024.
Statement on my journey letting me know they have decided that I have LWCRA = 18th April 2024.
I get paid every 10th and 24th..
It's very confusing.

Waiting period will be Jan/Feb, Feb/March, March/April... LCWRA starts from assessment period 4th April to 3rd May and first payment 10th May. No LCWRA element is owed.0
