If you haven’t already cancelled an assessment you can ring them and cancel it. They will either give you another appointment date there and then or you will need to wait for another appointment to become available. If you’ve already cancelled an assessment then you won’t be able to cancel it.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hey @Phoebe07 and welcome to the community.
As Poppy has said, if you've not cancelled before, you can call to arrange a new date, but if you've had to cancel previously, they'll expect you to keep the changed appointment date.
Hope you manage to make it to the wedding and have a fab time.Albus (he/him)

Hi Phoebe, be sure to tell them if you will be unavailable immediately after the wedding too!
When I had to cancel an appointment due to my father's funeral (far away), I was offered 9.30 the morning after..
I didn't it accept of course but there were unlimited cancellations back then.
