Hello

How / when will an ESA / HB claim go to UC via managed migration ? (underlining ESA IB but award is IR because of EDP on support group)

At the moment it's 2028 but during Rishi Sunak's speech last week he said 2025 but nothing official has been announced yet. With a General Election this year those changes may not even happen.

To be clear IB (Income Based) and IR are both the same thing. CB (contributions based) is not part of UC and will continue as normal but be deducted in full from any UC entitlement.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
