Hi @beth4dean, welcome to the community. It's great that you won your tribunal after waiting so long. I've moved your post over to our PIP section where more members can find it, I hope that's okay with you.

If they asked you about being in hospital on the phone, it's usually just to check that you're still eligible for the payment as anyone who's been in hospital for more than 28 days will have their payments stopped. It's a normal thing for them to ask, so I wouldn't worry too much about it unless you've had a long hospital stay recently.

And as far as I'm aware, if they've told you it'll be a four week wait for your payment, that'll be four weeks from the date you were awarded. If you're not sure, you could try ringing again and ask them whether they can confirm the first date of your payment :)

It can be anything up to 8 weeks after a Tribunal win to pay what is owed and to put your award into payment.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Your timeline is very similar to mine. Applied Feb 23. Assessment May 23 and awarded standard mobility only. MR = no change, therefore I appealed. Tribunal in May 24 awarded standard daily living and enhanced mobility.

I'll let you know when I've had it! I'm expecting it to be c. 4/8 weeks judging by others' posts
