Pip phone lines today

Hello all writing this on 1st May 2024. Just wondering if anyone knew what was going on with the pip phone line this afternoon and if they will be up and running tomorrow? There was an automated message around 4pm to say they couldn’t office a service at the moment and to call the next working day? Thanks

Yes, I've heard that all the phone lines for DWP were down today, not just PIP but ESA and other departments too.0
