Hi,
I've had my telephone consultation around my assessment and i requested a copy out of curiosity.
The points appear to tally up to standard rate living and nothing on mobility (Which seems fail)
However, i had a couple of questions:
1, Do they normally go off what's recommended in the report?
2, There's a small discrepancy, which is around a gambling addiction i have and the way that impacts face to face contact/anxiety (I'm seeing a therapist for this). They scored face to face contact as zero which i think is a tad unfair due to how i elaborated on this during the call itself
If i got offered standard id be grateful for the help, but i was 2 points off being on enhanced - I guess the question is, if i challenge this, will it likely cause a significant delay?

1/ Yes mostly but not always, it has been known for them to go against it but it's rare.
2/ If you are awarded standard daily living then yes you can challenge that decision by requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration. Any award you have at that stage will continue while you wait for the decision. The most likely outcome of the MR will be the decision doesn't change because only about 23% of them do at that stage.
More chance at Tribunal stage.1
