Hi 
I was rewarded to pip, but unfortunately I lost that rewarded letter can I as you to find and send me other the copy of that letter or reference and reward number.
it take place about 7 month ago,…

    Not to worry about losing the award letter, if you give the PIP helpline a call, they should be able to send a copy to you. :)
