Hi is there any Financial help Available for Removals etc for a Disabled person 77 with Health Problems and been Diagnosed with Cancer and given 6 to 12 months to live who wants to Relocate with his wife to be nearer to there family for help and support from the family.Much Appreciated.

Hey @Jon17 A good question that unfortunately I don't know the answer to. I'm hoping by me posting, it'll bump your discussion up the page and someone will see and offer some advice soon.
I know local councils offer Disabled Relocation Grants, but I believe they're only for making the home more accessible, not for transportation. But it could be worth you contacting them?
