So I received the pip award text from DWP to say I was successful as mentioned in a previous thread I started yesterday, do you have to wait for your award letter before your able to apply for the mobility car scheme for it to show on the system or is there another time frame from getting an award and being able to apply?
In all honesty I am not aware yet of what points I even received or whether or not I qualified for both parts of PIP with daily living and mobility, I did create an account with the motability scheme online and when I selected the qualifying benefit as enhanced part of pip benefit it comes back as saying DWP says you are not eligible, does that mean I didn’t get the enhanced mobility or that it might be too soon to apply? Hope this makes sense sorry for the long post.

It can take up to 2 weeks to receive the letter. You can ring PIP to ask what you've been awarded and they will tell you. You can also ask when to expect the money that's owed into your bank and they will tell you.
For the Motability scheme, you need to wait until you know what your award is. Once you receive the decision letter if it's Enhanced mobility then you can go to a dealer of your choice and order your car. Once you collect your car the mobility payment will be made to Motability and not to you.0
