Unfortunately "the slogan for getting brexit votes such as in buses, media, etc stated  that the NHS was spending too much money in Europe itself " . what happened in the last eight years ? The NHS system, in my opinion, went  underground. Maybe I m too tired of struggling that I see everything negative.
