I have been awarded LCWRA for 30 months will they re assess me 30 months from the date of the award letter of 30 months from the start of my claim
Hi @adslee, welcome to the community. I'm afraid I'm not too sure on this one, but I'll pop your post over to our Universal Credit section where more members can see it and offer their thoughts. Hope you'll find the community helpful 🙂
Unlike PIP which has fixed awards, UC LCWRA is an ongoing award until such a time as you might be found fit for work.
The date you have been given is a guide as to when you might be re assessed.
Re assessments have been suspended for the majority since Covid anyway, so there are currently significant backlogs within the system.
You haven’t been awarded for 30 months. LCWRA is an ongoing award until a new decision says otherwise.
The only reason you know the date is because you asked. They don’t give and dates on decision letters. That date for referral is just a guide and it doesn’t mean you will be referred at that time.
The value must be greater than or equal to 1.
