Insomnia
Hello everyone, as part of my long suffering mental health issues, (over 45 years) my insomnia is really biting hard. I have recently retired from full time work, I'm 58 because of illness, which depression is a big part of. The insomnia has played a major part in this, over the years. My physical health isn't the best with, back and breathing problems. I'm constantly tired, I was an unpaid carer for my late mother until 5 years ago, when she passed, I worked at the same time as well, I'm so tired. Has anyone else suffered or is suffering from something similar. Kind regards Andy.

Hi Andy. I have severe insomnia. GP's don't like to prescribe sleeping tablets. You have to insist, don't take no for an answer.

Hi Steve, I have had sleeping pills in the past, they don't work. Thank you for your reply, take care.
