LCWRA is £416.19/month and means your maximum UC entitlement will increase by this amount. (assuming you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives this element)
There's a full 3 month assessment period waiting period from the date you provided your first fit note. It's then paid from the 4th month with first payment at the end of that month. It's not paid at all during the waiting period.
What date do you usually receive your money each month?

During the assessment period 12 May 2024 to 11 June 2024, you will notice the additional amount for LCWRA will been added to your payment and issued automatically as normal.

Your waiting period is Feb/March, March/April, April/May… LCWRA starts from 12th May to 11th June and first payment will be 18th June. Which is what you were advised by UC. You are not owed any money for the LCWRA element because it's not paid at all during the waiting period.
If you were receiving any earnings since you provided your first fit note and you didn't previously have the work allowance then you will be owed some money from that.

If this was your first work capability assessment then as I keep advising it's not paid at all during the waiting period. Your first payment is 18th June and no money is owed.
