hey my lovely friends I have been sectioned again and I’m 3 hours away from home . I haven’t been able to settle in I’m on level 3 observations which means I have a staff member 24 hours a day with me following me around watching me sleep even standing in the shower and toilet with me . I have tried to break out 3 times each time being restraint I’m actually petrified

I'm so sorry to hear this 🙁

That seems a big deal to me … even criminals don't have that level of observation … I'm sure they felt they had a good reason but doesn't make it any easier for you

I hope you manage to settle soon or better yet they feel they can let you go as soon as possible

Hi @cupcake88 - I'm sorry you're unwell again, & being so far away from home must be making it very difficult. I hope you're able to try & settle there & get the help you need at the moment. Know that we're all thinking about you & wishing you so very well. Sending extra hugs, x

Hi I’m so so sorry you have ended up back in hospital and your 3 hours from home. It must be terrible having a nurse with you 24hrs a day, once things settle down with you this will lessen and i really hope that happens soon.
Once you feel a bit better you will be able to do things like painting drawing or whatever kind off things you enjoy doing and that’ll help pass your time and hopefully calm things for you.
Please remember we are always here for you we care a lot about you. ❤️

My community nurse said she’s run out of ideas of how to help me the crisis team don’t help any more I feel stuck I feel like the only way out is death .

Hi @cupcake88 - I'm dreadfully sorry you still feel so bad, & worse, unsupported. I wonder if your GP can help, but in the meanwhile do go to A & E if you feel unsafe. Ideally you need more support from your community nurse & the crisis team. Do you still have a support worker helping you? Do stay safe my friend, you mean so much to many of us here, x

Hi my friend I’m so so sorry you are back in the hospital you have a complaint against, but the important thing is you are there and you will be looked after. I know it won’t seem like it but things will improve you have gotten through this before and you’ll get through it again.
I’m glad you can get a delivery from Sainsbury’s.
Please remember you have good friends here that care a lot for you.

    Look after yourself ❤️

Hi @cupcake88 - I'm pleased you're back in hospital as you shouldn't have been discharged, but sorry it's not such a good one. Hopefully this time things will be better for you, & at least you're safe.

Great that you could get a Sainsbury delivery to the ward! We're all thinking about you, as you know, & hoping you get better help this time. Sending gentle hugs, x
