Pip appeal letter

Hi
I’m waiting on my pip appeal. I submitted some additional evidence back in Jan/Feb. I’ve had a letter through today saying the secretary of states position remains unchanged and all points mentioned were covered in the appeal response. Is this a normal letter to get ? I’m a bit confused why I’ve got it now
Thanks

Yes, it's normal to receive this if you send more evidence to support your claim. When you send more to HMCTS they then send it to DWP and they respond.
