pip tribunal

Hi,I am waiting for my pip fribunal date(first time applying) last July.On my applicarion form I stated I was on the waiting list for "Talking Therapies"(mental health/anxiety).,as well it was discussed at assessment. On my MR form I also stated I was still on the waiting list for this.Anyway my talking therapies started around 3 weeks ago,and was told the rest of my sessions I will be having "intense talking therapies, where before I was on lower class of therapies.so I am just asking at the tribunal if they bring this subject up will they take my mental health more seriously now that I am rated as needing intense talking therapies.I am also waiting on a autism waiting list which was on my pip application form as well as being under a MH nurse,
Any advice would be most welcome.Thankyou
