Permitted work esa.
I just got a job cleaning in Tesco my contract is 10 hrs but I’ll be working 15.55 hrs - this is under 16 hrs by 5 minutes… is this ok??

It will be fine but you must also make sure that your earnings are not more than £183.50/week. If you earn more than that then your ESA will end.
You must also tell ESA that you're working and fill out a PW1 form.
Good luck with your job.

In addition to the facts as clearly set out by Poppy just be careful that the work you undertake does not conflict with or contradict the descriptor/s for which you were found to have limited capability for work - this might have consequences at any ESA review / compliance check in the future.
Leaving that aside, best wishes in your new the job.
