Pip amount

Good Morning I rang the automated payment line for pip as I had been waiting on my sons decision his final payment of dla will be on the 25th of June and on the automated line it says his pip payment will start on the 29th of July for 684.55 by this figure I cant work out what has been awarded or is it possible that it's a month's worth of pip plus a few days as it is nearly 5 weeks since he would of had his last dla payment not sure how it works.

The automated payment line is well known to give incorrect information. If you want to know what he’s been awarded you can either ring PIP to ask or wait for the letter. In the letter it will tell you when his first payment is and how much it will be.
