mobility/pip/motorbility uk
Good morning to you all, like your good selves i suffer from certain disabilities which can be quite restrictive, and painful, I was awarded the enhanced rate of mobility, and for a for a few years have run my own private car {i.e. tax insurance, mot etc} this year i decided to apply for a mobility car, it was ordered in march, award letter produced etc, cut a long story short phone call saying that the award was only valid for 12months,contacted DWP,explained in detail the problem, they sent out duplicate letter!!! did the same with motorbility Uk still none the wiser as to whether i am still able to have the car. replies welcome, on similar experience. thanks

As a new customer you must have at least 12 months remaining on your PIP award for you to order a vehicle. When is your PIP award due to end?

You said you ordered it in March is that correct ? If so that should be fine because you would have had more than 12 months remaining at that time.
