LCW to LCWRA. will I receive back pay?
so little info, been on LCW since August 2022, had the letter for reassessment in November 2023, sent everything back. Finally had the assessment May 23rd, was awarded LCWRA 3rd June. Had literally no other info, I’ve gathered I don’t need to wait the 3 month wait but will I receive back pay? Thanks.

If this was a review that was started by UC then you will not be owed any money. The extra money will be paid from the assessment period in which the decision was made.
If you reported changes to your health condition and provided fit notes then it will be from when you reported the changes.
