Wanting reassessing for LCWRA
Hi
My husband has LCW( since Nov 2022) for anxiety and asthma. We reported back problems which started in Jan this year and asked to be reassessed. Work coach wasn’t sure what happens next so said she get back to us in our journal. This was 5 weeks ago and no response.
This week my husband was awarded standard rate PIP and I was awarded carers element.
Today his ‘work focus’ appointment was cancelled. Does this have any significance?

No, a PIP award doesn't automatically entitle him to LCWRA. The cancelled appointment would just be a coincidence.
In January when he reported changes did he do so by logging into his journal and "reporting a change of circumstances" and then click health condition and report it this way?
He will need to provide a fit note and continue to provide them until a decision is made on the reassessment. Once he reports it this way then a work coach should refer him for another WCA.
