UC Journal post asking to confirm if I am still with the same doctors

Hey all

So today someone dropped a note in my UC journal. She wasn't my work coach. She asked if I could confirm if I was still with the same doctors and said my doctors name. I am still with the same doctors but problem is I moved 8 weeks ago and forgot to tell my doctors I moved and will probably have to move surgeries.

Has anyone ever had a message like this?

I have LCW and Pip.

    Sorry I can't help but I think you can be registered with a doctor anywhere in the country, not all doctors demand that you live within a certain area

    A family member moved from near London to Yorkshire and then back again and his registered doctor is still in Yorkshire

    Putting aside the logistical problems you will have as a patient, it's not a problem legally or bureaucratically or anything like that, so just tell the truth which is that on this day you are under the same doctor
