Bursary in scotland while on dla

Hi,i understand Scottish bursary benefits may differ in England,we are in Scotland,my son is on dla,high rate care & low rate mobility,he is starting college full-time in August,he lives with both parents who work full-time & earn £50k between them,does anyone know if he is entitled to a bursary please.
