PIP assessment single parent

Could anyone give me any advice please I have a telephone assessment coming up and iqm very nervous about this I have arthritis in my hip and the pain is very bad that that I refuse to leave the house I can not sleep and suffer with incontinence so I do avoid going out the problem my daughter in law goes shopping for me and comes to do the hovering as this has got to much for me iam a single parent to a 10yr old who goes to his dad's most days Iam so worried as I think they will think well she can look after her child so we will refuse the pip application any advice would be very greatfull
