PIP Tribunal Success
I got lower rate mobility it went back to december 2022 I also got 6 points daily living just missed out. Can I tell them my condition has worsened they said they couldn't take any of my new conditions they said to think back to 2022

That is correct. The tribunal's decision has to be made as if it was on the day of the original assessment.
You can now put in a change of circumstances for a worsening condition. However, be very careful doing that. Make sure that you would be able to score more points first.

Ok I will not report change do you no what the document cover sheet is it's telling me to send that in with my documents I have no documents I threw them ages ago I told tribunal this

Just so you know, if you report a change you would have a review. So you'll continue to receive the reward granted to you by the tribunal until the outcome of your review.

You have to be very careful when reporting changes because you could lose everything you already have. If this happens the process starts all over again.
If you do consider this in the future I’d advise you to get some expert advice before going any further. A worsening of condition doesn’t automatically entitle you to more points.

Ok I have a letter it has a unique reference number telling me to send document cover sheet and my documents do I need to do that or is that from when I was sending evidence online it came in the same letter as decision

As you've had the decision now, I wouldn't expect you to need to send them anything else.
