migrating to uc
hi can anyone give me adveice,im on full pip and my parteneris my full time carer as i need constant care , he claims careers allowance he claims income support for us both but we have both just had letters saying we need to migrate to universal credit, i had been told we didnt have to do this but when i phoned the helpline they said we did and i would need to go to the job centre to see if im fit for which im certainlt not due ti serius illness and disability is this right i need to migrate im worried about it all

Hello @lucylucy, I'm sorry the migration notice has worried you so much, you're definitely not alone in feeling this way.
Who was it that said you wouldn't have to change over? Everyone claiming income-related benefits it being moved over to UC.
Have you ever claimed ESA or had a work capability assessment?
