I have been reading a bit about the texts you can receive from Pip. Do you always get the, we haven't made a decision yet one before the, we have awarded you Pip one? It's early days for me so I don't expect to receive one yet. I still keep checking my phone though. Is it right that texts are sent early morning?T . I am glad I found this site and the support

If it’s a first time claim then yes they often (not always) send updates like this through texts.
Sometimes people will receive a text that says we have all the information we need, they may also send a text saying they haven’t made a decision yet. You may also receive a letter saying the same thing.
People often (not always) receive a text if there’s an award, for first time claims only. They do not send award texts for reviews.
Decisions can take up to 12 weeks once the report is returned.

Thanks Poppy are the texts usually sent early morning? Guess none are sent on a weekend?

Mostly yes. It has been known for them to be sent on a Saturday.
