Should you give up on online dating and look for a long-term boyfriend instead of online dating?

In my experience, dating apps don't offer a good opportunity for me to find a long-term partner, since I had a bad experience with them and only seem to like the 15% of some men that never going to have tried much comes to have most of the attetion of lot women and I'm not that much interested in 15% and mostly likely to be players and cheaters . What I'm not looking for for a long term boyfriend . That how been with learning disability users can also be players and pigs too and i do want to avoid the bad men of learning disabilities and get one real good men .i can only date men with moderate learning disabities . I'm been going to social events and one of the social events that i found was adult gaming and could be attracted to some guys there but one guy did turn me off when he did hug one women and I throught i like two but maybe one but was glasses on with red hairs/ginger hairs . I'm practicing talking to different people and see how is goes from real life dating . How should I go about finding a long-term relationship, and do I need to give up on online dating just yet? What are my reasons for wanting long term relationship?

@Adrian_Scope i do not sure about wating for long term relationship yet but i still want a long term relationship but so far nothing has gone my way when comes to dating and online dating has be not good for finding long term relationship and kept ended meeting more men but i only wanted just one me . the type of guys that I'm attracted to have more rare hair colour and just wait and see how real life social event plan out and talk to more then one guys . i wanted to talk to more but i'm having trouble with talking to some guys that i fancy and prefer guys to not much has many option .
