Or do they just take a long time to get back to you?
Do they sometimes not bother getting back to you?

I see from a previous thread that your PIP stopped. Was this the reason you contacted the health providers? If so then it's not them you need to contact, it's PIP, which is part of DWP. You will need to ring them when they open tomorrow at 9am.
Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
Telephone: 0800 121 4433
Textphone: 0800 121 4493
Relay UK (if you cannot hear or speak on the phone): 18001 then 0800 121 4433
British Sign Language (BSL) video relay service if you’re on a computer - find out how to use the service on mobile or tablet

That's not the email address for PIP/DWP. I believe PIP does have an email address but I have no idea what it is. Even if I did know, I wouldn't advise you to use that because they rarely respond. Your PIP has stopped so you will need to ring them.

Cant ring them, have no one to ring them for me and if I do manage to ring them take drugs etc they will tell me im fit to work on the phone

You can't be found fit for work for PIP because it's not about your ability to work.
