Hi @iqmental, I'm really sorry you're feeling so shaken up after your pip assessment. They're not always easy to cope with. The question about changing your underwear may have been for them to understand whether you need any help or prompting with dressing yourself appropriately in clean clothes. It can feel quite personal to be asked so many questions and I can understand if it might have been upsetting for you to answer it.
Have you got any close friends or family you could talk through your feelings with? Or is there anything you could do to distract yourself or take your mind off things for a bit? Like getting outside if you're able to, or reading a book, watching a favourite TV show for a little while just to give yourself a rest from thinking about it. I know that's much easier said than done, but it could be worth a try 😊
