Enquiry line
Do pip descion makers know how many times you phone the enquiry line whilst a claim is in progress. How do people find the information given on the enquiry line? Is it accurate?

Hi @Marciatulips3, I'm afraid I don't know the answer to the first question, but I think it would be unlikely that they'd keep tabs on how many times you'd rung or hold that number against you in any way.
From what I've heard from other member's experiences, the PIP enquiry line can be a little hit or miss when it comes to accuracy. Sometimes they do provide correct information and are helpful, but as they are a call centre and don't know individual cases mistakes do happen occasionally.
Hopefully some of our other members can offer their thoughts and experiences about how they've found it 😊

They are not going to keep count of how many times you ring them. If you’re waiting for a decision then this won’t be made any quicker by constantly ringing them. All will will cause is more anxiety for you.
Does the call centre always give correct information? Nope!
