hi, can anyone help please?

I was called last week on Monday by a decision maker to ask a few questions in regards to making a decision…

I then called the day after to see what my award was…

fast forward to now nearly 2 weeks later still waiting on back payment…

They’ve told Me that they are waiting for another manager to approve it before it can be processed they can’t give me a time scale and I’m just wondering if there’s anything I can do?
