HEllo everyone I need to understand this please , i was on standard mobilty and standard daily living, I reported a change in circumstances with health in April and my review was complete 2 days ago, the only thing changed is they have put me on enhanced daily living witch is a extra 150 a month. Byt they told me they don't owe me any backpay is this right oras I thigjbt they would owe me 300 as from when I reported the change of circumstances to my health

    If you had been experiencing the worsening of condition for at least 3 months when you reported the changes then yes it should be from the date you rang to report the changes.

    YYes that's what I thought I told them I suffer serve from fibromyalgia in April so they sent out the form and had my assessment last Monday and got my discussion 2 days ago , but the case manager was saying they don't owe me any backpay but I'm sure they do as I reported it on April

    Can you confirm that your new award is now Enhanced daily living as well as standard mobility? Or just Enhanced daily living?

    I was on standard for both of them and now I'm on standard mobility still hut they have put me on enhanced daily living

    AM I still enetilef to back pay from 26th April upto 2 days aho for the enhanced daily living

    As I advised, if you had the increased difficulties for at least 3 months when you rang then yes it should be from that date.

    You will need to ring PIP.
