Ive applied for universal credit i have ehlers danlos syndrome scoliosis anxiety and many other health conditions i have a fit note from my doctor for 3 months. I went to my second interveiw she told me i have to enter sick note on my online account but says i have to attend the job center everyweek for 13 weeks i am on crutches i cant understand this im on pip benefit i get the higher rate i had to get a cab to the office as i cant get buses and do the long walk i dont know what to do she said its the only way to get the benefit it dont make sense the whole reason you get the sick note is your not well enough is this right?

Unfortunately when claiming UC you’re treated as a job seeker until a decision is made on your work capability assessment. A fit note doesn’t automatically entitle you to either LCW or LCWRA.
It’s a work coaches discretion to either turn off or reduce commitments. You can ask for a reasonable adjustment for a telephone appointment instead of going to your job centre.
You need to make sure you continue to provide fit notes without any gaps until a decision is made on your claim. It could take up to about 6 months, sometimes longer.

PIP and UC are worlds apart, pip is primarily a disability benefit UC is not and until you go through the WCA they treat you as able to do some kind work until a decision is made to say otherwise.Likely outcome in you case is you’ll most likely be found to have LCWRA but it’s a process, some work coaches turn off work and related work activities,as was in my case, others don’t .just hold in there it will turn out right in the end.
