any news on when esa way houseing ben moving over says a later date before 2025 on gov site and press reporting it worry will lose my house do i go to my council to claim it again or will it transfer over like esa going to do

    For those claiming Income Related ESA and housing benefit the migration to UC is expected sometime between Sept 2024 and Dec 2025, which was announced by the last Government. Whether this is still the case, I have no idea.

    Unless you're living in either Supported or Temporary housing then help with the rent will be through UC known as housing element.
